BOUTIQUE PROGRAM: Click Pro Rubric Revealed: Small Group Critique
Limited Capacity seats available

How do you put together a strong portfolio set? How do you decide what images to keep and what to cut? When is it okay to break “the rules”? Courtney Larson, Director of Click Pro, will show you exactly how to critically evaluate your work using the standards by which Click Pro applicants are measured, including effective compositions, use of light, processing, intention, and more. She’ll give live critiques of attendee-submitted work, share why creating an evolving portfolio is an important step ANY photographer should take, and provide guidance on specific steps you can take to examine your own work with an objective eye.

BOUTIQUE PROGRAM: Emotive Couples Photography
Limited Capacity seats available

In this boutique class Chloe will break down exactly how she creates emotive and intimate images during couples sessions. We will go over how to create an environment that allows (and encourages!) your couple to open up and be their authentic selves. There will be a live shoot with a real couple, where you will get a behind the scenes look at how Chloe uses directing over posing to achieve images that are full of life and emotion. Students will be able to shoot alongside Chloe during this demonstration and will have lots of opportunity to create portfolio-worthy images! Students should have experience shooting manual to get the most out of this class.

Learning Objectives:

- Understand the importance of getting to know your clients before the shoot
- Learn how to direct rather than pose to create emotive images
- Learn how to work with couples to create intimate images
